Stevens Communications will be providing a free training session with Joseph Sutich, Application Trainer, for current Stevens Communications Blue Pumpkin/Witness Impact 360 users (versions 4.6 and up) that are interested. The training session will be offered on a first-come/first-serve basis and will be limited to the first 15 responders. Please email Joseph Sutich @ jsutich@stevenscom.com if you are interested.
The group training will be provided remotely via gotomeeting. Prior to the training session participants are asked to submit up to 3 questions each to be discussed. We will also be discussing scheduling non-phone activities via Impact 360, as well as scheduling email and paperwork events on the schedule.
Due to the nature of the session format we are asking the users be somewhat familiar with usage of Impact 360 Forecasting and Scheduling (aka Blue Pumpkin) as this is not intended to be a basic user class.
This 2 hour session will include users from various contact center spaces similar in format to a training session that was offered in March 2011.
